Before making an appointment with me please bare in mind these pointers.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment I will require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment under the 48 hours notice period you will incur a 50% charge of the appointment you originally booked.
If you cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment under 24 hours/on the same day as your appointment or simply do not show up to your appointment with no notice you will need to pay for the full cost of the treatment/s you booked for.
Cancellation fees will need to be paid before I can reschedule your appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fees within 48 hours of the appointment will also result in any future bookings being cancelled and/or you being able to make any future appointments.
By making an appointment with me you automatically agree to all of my terms and conditions and agree to paying a no show fee should you not turn up or cancel, reschedule or amend under the notice period stated above. Your card details are held and pre authorised for the cancellation fee to be taken automatically.
I accept no responsibility for missed appointments due to no reminder message, sometimes the system can fail and reminders may not come through.
My booking system allows you to book 12 weeks worth of appointments. If you are wanting to be a regular client I strongly advise that you book as many appointments as you need in that time frame to avoid any disappointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, the appointment must commence at your booking time. If you are late it will result in the service being cut short/adapted or you will be charged the full fee of the service if I no longer have time to fulfill the service.
Your appointment is specifically reserved for you and late cancellation will result in failure to fill your space.
Please come to your appointment alone, we have limited space for friends/family. No children allowed.
I accept cash payments or bank transfer only. Please bring with you the correct amount of cash. Bank transfers must be made before you leave the salon.
